In 2064 he was transferred to the World Aquanaut Security Patrol to replace Bradley Holden as the captain of Stingray as Holden had been seriously injured. He brought Phones into the organisation to act as his hydrophone operator. Soon afterwards his belief in intelligent undersea life become a reality when he encountered Titan and the Aquaphibians for the first time. He is romantically involved with both Atlanta Shore and Marina, whom he saved from Titan. His outstanding work with the WASPs eventually earned him the title of Aquanaut Of The Year 2064.

APPEARANCES: All episodes.

VOICE: Don Mason.

NOTES: Troy's physical apppearance was modelled upon James Garner.

Troy at the helm of Stingray REVIEW: Troy is about as interesting as hero stereotypes get, although his grumpy side gives him more dimensions that previous Supermarionation equivalents. He is certainly very effective at what he does, never losing courage in the face of danger and always saving the day. He can be genuinely friendly and warm and cares about the lives of those he knows. However, his know-it-all attitude and two-timing don't make him the most likable or moral of heroes.

DOLLS: None available at the moment.
