With the crippled Commander Shore as their leader, the WASPs operate from Marineville, their self-contained city. The pride of the WASP fleet is Stingray, an incredible submarine crewed by Captain Troy Tempest, Lt. George Lee 'Phones' Sheridan and Marina. Titan, undersea tyrant and ruler of Titanica, is the greatest enemy of the terraneans.
